Will the jewellery tarnish?+
Our fashion jewellery is anti-tarnish — gold/rhodium-plated over brass and alloy. With a little care (keep it away from water, perfume and sweat, and store it in a pouch) it stays bright for a long time.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes. We use nickel-free, skin-friendly metals and plating, so our pieces are gentle on most sensitive skin.
What is the jewellery made of?+
Premium fashion jewellery: brass and alloy bases finished with gold, silver or rhodium plating, set with high-quality stones, pearls and kundan/AD work.
How do I care for and store my jewellery?+
Wear it last (after perfume and make-up), take it off before bathing, swimming or working out, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth, and store each piece separately in an airtight pouch away from moisture.
Is this real gold or silver?+
No — Panache is affordable, trend-led fashion jewellery, plated to look premium without the price. Perfect for everyday, office, party and gifting.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes, COD is available on serviceable pincodes (a small COD fee may apply). You can also pay online via UPI, cards and netbanking.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched fast and typically delivered within 2 days (a little longer for some remote areas). You can track your order anytime from the Track Order page.
What is your return policy?+
Enjoy easy returns within 2 days of delivery, for unused items in their original condition and packaging with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. After we pick up and verify the item, your refund is processed within 7–10 working days. Start a return from your order page.
Please note: if you return an order, shipping for both legs (₹30 each way) is charged to you, and the COD fee (₹40) is non-refundable — these are deducted from your refund.
Do you have mix-and-match combo offers?+
Yes — mix-and-match combos across qualifying items (for example, Any 3 earrings for ₹399). Add the items to your bag and the best combo price applies automatically at checkout. Look for the offer tag on product pages.
Do you have a price guarantee? (Panache Price Promise)+
Yes. If you find the identical item we sell — the same design, at equal or better quality — listed for less on another website, we will refund what you paid for that item in full, making it free. To claim, share a live, working link to the other listing within 7 days of your order being delivered. The other item must be the same design and same-or-better quality (not merely similar or inspired-by), in stock, and available to ship to your address in India; and the compared price must be the all-in price, including taxes and delivery. One claim per order — once we verify the listing, we process your refund within 5–7 working days. Verification is at Panache’s sole discretion; the promise covers the item price only and applies to genuine retail listings (not second-hand, group-buy, auction or counterfeit listings). It cannot be combined with a return of the same item, and the terms in force at the time of your order apply.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we ship pan-India. Shipping is free over ₹299; a small flat fee of ₹30 applies below that.
