Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Panache pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Please note: if you return an order, shipping for both legs (₹30 each way) is charged to you, and the COD fee (₹40) is non-refundable — these are deducted from your refund.
Return window & condition
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.
How it works
- Start a return from your order page.
- Once approved, we arrange a courier pickup from your address — you'll get a WhatsApp & email confirmation.
- After we receive and verify the item, your refund is processed within 7–10 working days.
Your refund
Your refund is the amount you paid, minus the round-trip return shipping (₹30 each way) and, on COD orders, the non-refundable COD fee (₹40). Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method; COD orders are refunded to your UPI or bank account.
